Billy is better known as "FROGMAN" for his uncanny ability to find those "hard to find" critters. Our divers say that he seems to have a personal relationship with the rare marine life on Maui. They always seem to jump right into his vision. He says it's his skill and knowledge. The other guides seem to think it's plain luck!!
