As you may already know my two passions in life are diving and underwater photography. My personal mission is to share the ocean with as many people as possible in ways that create a positive personal experience and an understanding of the value of our seas. I do this through our fun and educational dive tours and through my photography. Update on our new trip

Our new Adventure-X trip offers divers the experience of exploring Maui’s reefs with Ed Robinson and the professional divemasters of ERDA. Ed has designed this trip to fit his style of diving and invites like minded divers to bring their cameras and their spirit of adventure.

For five years ERDA has been a major sponsor in the international Underwater Images Photo & Video Competition. Each year ERDA teams up with B&D Vacation Hideaways and offers five nights accommodations and three days of diving for two. In this issue we will hear from Marc Weiss the 2006 recipient of our prize as he shares his experience enjoying the hospitality and dives he won. Roger Roth (the roofer below) is the organizer of this great event and he is now sharing his video expertise in a series of instructional articles starting with Video-Basics First.

gets a face lift

Our good dive friend Roger Roth came to Maui in May and between his dives had enough time to re-roof our Garden Cottage.

The cottage also got a major face lift on the inside with new granite counters, kitchen cabinets and all the walls are painted. It's Just like new... check out the new look!
