This was my 3rd trip to Maui but my first time with your company but it won't be my last. We stay up in the Kaanapali area so it is about a 45 minute drive but it is worth every minute. This is a deep site so, quite rightly, restricted to experienced divers but well recommended if you are capable. Highlight of the 3 dives? Probably the point when Ricardo wrote "Shark Infested Waters!" on his slate. With dozens of the beasts above and below us, this was hardly news to us! Awesome!! It had been a full year since our last dive - we let our dive guide know this and he did everything possible to make sure that we were both comfortable. Ricardo was our dive guide for all 3 dives...we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The next time that we visit Maui, we will definitely schedule several dives! Heather and I got married in Maui January 7th, and added dive trips to our honeymoon itinerary. Had some great two tank dive trips to Molokini and near Makena. It was some of the best dive trips we've had, and what made it even better was the crew, especially Mark and Dave. We will definately go with Ed Robinsons dive group again, when we make it back someday to Maui. Thanks for the great diving, you made our trip and weding in Maui a great one. Will, Billy, Dave, Mark, Ricardo and Amy have once again shown me why I keep coming back to ERDA after 14 years. It was great having a chance to go to Pinnacle Point and seeing the huge eels and Scorpion fish. But the highlight of my trip this year was the encounter with with the wild dolphiin at Hawaiian Reef! Just when you think you have seen it all you guys keep showing more! The dive sites are fantastic but the crews and guides are what really make the dives something special. Last Saturday, 1/22, myself and my diving buddy, my wife's cousin, went on our first ocean dive. The captain, Ken, and the divemaster, Dave, greeted us aboard the Seadiver II. We both were very nervous about diving Molokini Crater since we both recently completed our certification. Both Ken and Dave were terrific and treated us with kid gloves. The weather was clear, but windy. Thus, some good sized waves at the crater. What a wonderful experience. The diving was so much more than either of us ever expected. The professionalism shown by these two individuals was so much appreciated. Besides their knowledge, the manner in which they guided us was just terrific. Besides putting us at ease and giving us extra attention, they made us feel like we were doing a good job ourselves. They were helpful in making sure we didn't do anything wrong that would put ourselves at risk and I didn't feel like they ignored the other 3 members of the group. This trip will long be remembered and I would recommend your company to anyone. A job very well done. Lon Doremus Bartlett, IL USA - Thursday, January 27, 2005 at 20:16:17 (EST) We just got back from our trip to Maui and our diving trip with Ed Robinson was the highlight (even better then the helicopter ride.) Captain Bill and Scott were awesome and totally knew the local marine life. Scott showed us many sea creatures I would have swam right over. The boats were clean inside and out, the ride smooth and I liked the snacks. Customer service is very much in the vocabulary of everyone that works at Ed Robinson. My husband is an advanced diver and I am a novice but we both felt very satisfied after the dive. Thanks again to Evelan and the wonderful office staff who took care of our MANY changes happily and efficiently. We cannot wait to come back and dive some more.
