Thank you for visiting our web site. Note: We experienced technical difficulties beginning sometime in October that were not discovered until late December. Hence no entries during this time. We just wanted to thank the crew @ EDRA for making our trip to Maui last month so enjoyable. Byrd, Mark, Will,Jim the cat,John and Ricardo, you guys were great. We had an amazing time and learned alot. We hope to be back one day and to see you. Until then, all the best ! This was my first trip to Maui, and I could not have been happier with the quality of Ed's operation from top to bottom, most especially the knowledge and friendliness of the staff. I apologize I cannot remember the rest of the crew, but the whole experience was exceptional. Will's knowledge of the local fish especially the rare fish was amazing. The first dive was a drift dive along the back wall to 130 ft. - first time for me. The second dive was inside the crater and the third dive was at red hill. I cannot thank the crew enough for their hospitality, knowledge of the dive sites and fish, and the food was excellent too. June 26, 2003 - After my 3 tank dive I had to do a night with ERDA. The night dive was at Red Hill but you would have not know it by the difference in sea life out at night. Bryd was captain, Will, Mark-captain on the previous dive, Ricardo. Will was my divemaster again and very informative of the aquatic life out at night. My wife and I purchased a timeshare in Kahana and this trip to Maui was a first using the condo. We will be back next year and I will be diving exclusively with ERDA. I wish that they ran trips out of Lahaina, but I will continue to drive to Kihei until they do. Ricardo was a great Dive Master for me. I made a comment to one of the other divers that "This is the only boat dive I have ever gone on and not gotten sick!" Everybody ended up hearing how I usually fed the fish, both above and below the water. Thanks to the telephone receptionist for the good advice about the Triptone. Very informative and knowledgeable about marine life, diving at the local sites, and were nice people too. This was my first REAL boat dive after getting scuba certified last year. I had a GREAT time!! John was so much fun below and above the water. He really made me feel at ease (even when he was trying to force feed me! LOL). My only regret was not going on MORE trips with you all. My parents and husband were able to do the night dive & the 3 tank trip (they thought I might need more experience...bummer)and came back with great stories of each adventure - I was so jealous!!!
